Managed Billing Service Rates
Medical billing isn’t a one-size-fits-all concept. It can be tough to find the ideal partner who knows your practice, specialty, and billing requirements. We at MDA understand the business and will maximize your payments. Every contract is priced according to your practice’s needs.
Our Medical Billing Services Fees are based on a percentage of the amount you receive, both from insurance and patients. There is no Setup Fee. We have two types of basic pricing plans; Standard pricing plan and Individualized pricing plan.
Other clients have specialized needs/claims that may pay a larger or smaller account. The rates for our Individualized Plans have a wider range & maybe more or less expensive than the Standard Plan. In many cases we can assist with data migration depending on the software you’re using . There maybe an additional charge for Data Migration.
Credentialing
Credentialing contract rates are based on a per provider/per insurance company. Group rates are also available.
Medical Billing
We charge based on volume and field of practice. Generally speaking, the higher the practice’s volume of patients; the lower the percentage. All of our medical billing rates are based on a percentage of all money collected. After we review your practice’s needs, we will follow-up with a quote best suitable for your practice.
